Prupose of processing
CES collects and processes the personal data for contacts and interactions with persons (including answering and following up on questions and quotations, administration and invoicing).

 

Legal basis(s) of the processing
Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1. (a) (consent) and (f) (necessary for the representation of our legitimate interest in doing business) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Transfer to third Parties

The personal data will not be shared with third parties. Unless there is a legal obligation or if you have given your explicit consent.

The personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the period necessary to comply with the legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data

Via info@ceseurope.be you can always ask what data we process about you and correct it or have it deleted, or ask them to be transferred. CES uses Google Analytics on this site to record the internet traffic of users. This statistics program uses “cookies” to help the website analyze how users use the site.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to and stored on servers of this service. We have put in place safeguards so that your right to privacy does not prevail over our legitimate interest in doing business.

  • A processing agreement was therefore concluded with Google. This stipulates that Google only acts as a processor when processing the personal data of the website visitors.
  • We have chosen to mask the last octet of your IP address, this means that the last 8 digits of your IP address are not visible to us, leaving you completely anonymous.
  • We have turned off ‘data sharing’.
